Brickell Luxury Rentals in Miami

Miami's banking towers stand along Brickell Avenue, and the neighborhood around them has turned residential: about forty blocks of high-rises, ground-floor restaurants and a Metromover loop that runs free above the street. Our Brickell luxury rentals sit inside that grid, most of them a short walk from Brickell City Centre.

The Shape of the Neighborhood

Brickell Avenue runs south from the Miami River to roughly SE 26th Road, lined with office towers at the north end and residential buildings below. Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre sit two blocks apart on South Miami Avenue and handle most of the eating and shopping. Brickell Key, a small island reached by a single bridge, is quieter than the mainland and has its own waterfront loop for running.

West of the avenue the blocks get low again, and Simpson Park preserves a patch of the hardwood hammock that covered this ridge before the city was built on top of it.

What a Stay Here Looks Like

Most of what we manage in Brickell is high-floor residences in buildings with pool decks, gyms and valet parking. Groups traveling for work take these for the short walk to meetings on Brickell Avenue. Families take them for the pool and the quick hop to the beach. Jatina Group handles arrival stocking, housekeeping on your schedule and restaurant bookings, which earns its keep because the better tables on South Miami Avenue go early.

Yacht charters leave from marinas on the Miami River and along the downtown bayfront, both under fifteen minutes away, and private chefs cook in the residence rather than the building's shared kitchen.

Getting Out of Brickell

The Metromover is free and connects to downtown, the arena and Bayside in a few minutes, which removes most reasons to drive north. For everything else, the Rickenbacker Causeway starts about five minutes south and reaches Key Biscayne and the Crandon Park beaches in fifteen. Coconut Grove is ten minutes down South Bayshore Drive.

Miami International is a fifteen to twenty-minute drive west, or a Metrorail ride from Brickell station. South Beach takes about twenty minutes over the MacArthur Causeway, longer on Saturday nights, when a car service usually beats hunting for a garage.

Brickell questions

Are Brickell rentals good for families or mostly business travelers?

Both, though the mix skews toward work trips midweek. Buildings here have pool decks, gyms and secure parking, and Brickell City Centre has a cinema and a full grocery downstairs. Families who want a yard and more space usually do better in Coconut Grove or Coral Gables, each about ten minutes away.

How far is South Beach from Brickell?

About twenty minutes by car over the MacArthur Causeway outside of peak hours, and thirty to forty on a Friday or Saturday night. Rideshare is usually simpler than parking. The Venetian Causeway is an alternative when the MacArthur backs up, though it carries a toll and moves slowly across the islands.

Can I book a yacht charter from a Brickell rental?

Yes. Jatina Group runs charters out of marinas on the Miami River and along the downtown bayfront, most within a fifteen-minute drive of Brickell. Half-day and full-day trips toward Key Biscayne, the Nixon sandbar and southern Biscayne Bay are the usual routes. Call +1 (305) 351-1548 to check availability for your dates.
