Downtown is the part of Miami that runs on foot. Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace, the Kaseya Center and the Metromover stations are inside a fifteen-minute walk of one another, and the cruise terminals across the channel handle more passengers than anywhere else in the world.
The core sits between the Miami River and NE 20th Street, with Biscayne Boulevard running along the water. Bayfront Park takes up the bayside blocks. The Kaseya Center and the Perez Art Museum sit north of it, with the Frost Museum of Science next door, and Bayside Marketplace is the departure point for most bay cruises and boat rentals.
West of Biscayne the streets turn into the older commercial district around Flagler, which is being rebuilt block by block. The Miami River cuts through the south end, still a working waterway, with tugs and fishing boats tied up along both banks.
Our downtown Miami luxury rentals are high-rise residences, most with bay or skyline views, building pools and secure parking. They work for groups here on business, for anyone attending an event at the Kaseya Center, and for families sailing out of PortMiami who want a night on either side of the cruise.
Jatina Group covers arrival groceries, housekeeping, airport transfers and restaurant reservations. Chefs cook in the residence. Yacht charters leave from the bayfront or from marinas up in Edgewater, both a short drive, and we handle the booking along with provisioning for the day.
The Metromover is free and loops the whole district, with an extension south into Brickell and north to the Adrienne Arsht Center. Metrorail connects at Government Center for the airport, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Brightline's MiamiCentral station sits a few blocks west of Bayfront Park and runs north to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando.
Miami International is fifteen minutes by car, ten more at peak. South Beach is a straight run over the MacArthur Causeway, usually twenty minutes. Guests who plan to stay in the district often skip the rental car entirely and never miss it.

It is the closest neighborhood to PortMiami, roughly ten minutes over the bridge and less on a quiet morning. Staying downtown lets you drop bags, board at your own pace, and come back to the same residence afterwards. We hold luggage and arrange transfers on both ends of the sailing.
Not for the district itself. The Metromover is free, Brightline runs north from MiamiCentral, and Metrorail reaches the airport with one connection. A car helps for the Everglades, the Keys or a day in the Gables. Downtown garage rates are steep, so most guests use rideshare instead of parking.
