Edgewater runs along Biscayne Bay from roughly 17th Street to 37th, one block deep in places and mostly new. Towers went up fast here over the last fifteen years. What holds it together is Margaret Pace Park, a waterfront green with tennis courts, a dog run and courts that fill after work.
Biscayne Boulevard forms the western edge and North Bayshore Drive the eastern one, with the water directly behind it. Margaret Pace Park sits at 18th Street and does most of the work as the neighborhood's outdoor space. Marinas along North Bayshore put boats within walking distance of several buildings.
Wynwood is three minutes west by car. The Design District, with its flagship stores and the Institute of Contemporary Art, is about five minutes north on Biscayne. The Venetian Causeway entrance sits just to the south, which is the reason a lot of guests choose this neighborhood over downtown.
The bayfront buildings here run high-floor units with unbroken views east over the water toward the Venetian Islands and Miami Beach. Amenities are consistently strong, since most of the stock is recent. Pool decks face the bay, gyms are full size, parking is covered and secure.
Jatina Group does not currently hold a home inside Edgewater. Our nearest managed residences are minutes away downtown and on the Venetian Islands, and the service travels with the booking: stocking before arrival, housekeeping at whatever interval suits the group, a private chef, transfers from either airport. Boat days leave from the bayfront marinas rather than a drive across town.
Three destinations sit within a five-minute drive: Wynwood's murals and taprooms to the west, the Design District's galleries and shops to the north, and downtown to the south. The Venetian Causeway crosses to Miami Beach from just below the neighborhood, a toll road that runs low over the islands, past six of them, and lands near Sunset Harbour.
Miami International is about twenty minutes away and Fort Lauderdale thirty-five. The Adrienne Arsht Center is a ten-minute walk from the southern blocks, and the Metromover's Omni station connects from there into downtown and Brickell without a car.
We do not currently manage a home inside Edgewater. These are the closest villas in our collection, all within a short drive.
Partly. Margaret Pace Park, the marinas and a handful of restaurants along Biscayne Boulevard are on foot from most buildings, and the Arsht Center is a ten-minute walk from the south end. Wynwood and the Design District are technically walkable but almost everyone drives the three minutes instead.
Brickell is the financial district, denser, with far more ground-floor restaurants and shopping. Edgewater is quieter, newer, and sits directly on the bay with better water views and easier boat access. They are about ten minutes apart. Business travelers usually pick Brickell; anyone chartering a yacht tends to prefer Edgewater.
Yes. Send a list or let us build one, and the residence will be stocked when you arrive. Private chefs cook in the unit for a single dinner or for the whole stay, and we book restaurant tables in Wynwood and the Design District, which fill quickly on weekends. Reach us at +1 (305) 351-1548.
